Please allow a mandatory 1-10 business day processing time (starting the day after you place your order) period for all orders before expecting a shipment email. During major sales, please allow a 1-15 day processing time for all orders before expecting a shipment email. Our current processing time is 1-10 business days and our current shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping speed you choose at checkout.

All orders placed between February 1st and February 16th have a 5-15 business day processing time due to our manufacturer's Chinese New Year. This was stated on the banner of our website, every product page, as well as our shipping policy.
Standard shipping can take from 1-5 business days (including Saturday) to complete delivery after you have received your tracking number. Express shipping can take from 1-2 business days to complete delivery. Once your items have shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you cannot locate your order confirmation or shipment email.
To ensure that your package is delivered in a timely manner please assure the address you enter at checkout is correct. We do not take responsibility for any lost, or misplaced packages. If your package states delivered and you have not received it, please file a claim with USPS then contact us immediately at info@noirekloset.com so we can help you solve the issue right away.
Please double check all information before placing your order to avoid any possible issues. NOIRE KLOSET is not at fault if you do not read our shipping policy. Our processing time is mandatory and non-negotiable. We always advise our customers to order in advance for an event or vacation. Orders are processed in the order they were received. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to all our policies, this one included.
NOIRE KLOSET will send a “partial shipment” if some of your items are on backorder or delayed. In cases of partial shipments you will receive your order in broken up shipments! By placing an order with us you are validating that you are aware of all our policies, this one included.
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. NOIRE KLOSET cannot predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. NOIRE KLOSET isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after an international purchase is completed on NOIRE KLOSET. If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges. Please note custom import tax and sales tax are two different taxes. We cover sales tax, we do not cover import tax for international shipments.
