 What if I want to cancel an order that I placed?

Unfortunately, NOIRE KLOSET does not offer cancellations. No exceptions. Please be sure that you want to place your order before you place it. Failure to read our shipping, and refund/return policy is not at fault of NOIRE KLOSET. We will not cancel an order for any exceptions, not even due to failure of reading our shipping policy.

 

What if I ordered the wrong size by mistake?

Contact us by email info@noirekloset.com immediately. You have 12 hours to update us on the correct size you need by email. Once 12 hours have surpassed, you can no longer edit the sizing on your order as your order has began processing. Please check over your order before you place your order. 

 

Can I add on items to an order I already placed?

 Unfortunately we cannot edit an order once it has already been placed. However, feel free to email us and we will give you a shipping waiver so you do not have to pay for shipping twice. Please note to be awarded with the shipping waiver the second order must be placed within 24 hours of the first order. 

 

How often do you restock? 

There are absolutely no restocks! We can’t stress this enough. Once an item has sold out it will not restock again unless it is in really high demand. However, 9/10 we do not offer restocks. This is why we encourage all customers to purchase the items they want while they are in stock. 

 

While checking out shipping says 1-3 business days, however your shipping policy says 1-10 business days?

Our mandatory 1-10 business days processing time is the time allotted to our warehouse to process orders. We receive hundreds of orders every week, therefore to assure we are getting everyone's orders out in a timely manner we have a mandatory processing time to get your items together before shipment. The shipping time you choose at checkout is the time it will take USPS to deliver your item after they have received it at the post office.

Where is my order confirmation? 

You should receive an email confirmation regarding your order as soon as your order has been placed. If you do not see your order confirmation email in within an hour after placing your order please check your spam or junk folder to assure that your order confirmation has not gone there. If you still do not see it in your spam or junk folder please email us so we can give you your order confirmation number to verify that your order was successfully placed.
